Burndown Mystery # 1

What real-life story does this burndown chart tell?

Assuming that Sprint Review is the end of the sprint.

* The work was underestimated by the team.
* The extremely straight burn down curve means the tasks were so small that the work was completed consistently each day (doubt it) or the manager was updating the burn down.
* The quick dip at the end means the task was signed off by the PO and work immediately stopped.

to name a few.

So you mean overestimated?

Interesting!

POs sign off tasks?

Good comments, but not the answer! :)

Hi there,
There was a week's holiday before the end of work and actual sprint summary. ;)

Yes! They only committed to half the work so they would be done before they left. Well done.
